Talking to a Website Designer

Talking to a Website Designer

Many people have told me over the years I have an idea for what I want from a website but cant explain it and cant draw it what can I do.

This is a common problem for people wanting a new website it isn't easy to put what is in your head on paper. One of the things I recommend people do is look around the internet and send a list to a designer of websites you like - elements of these sites you would like on yours - sites you don't like - features you thing mess up a website design. Think of colours you would like to use and send a list, I would not try to put those colours to elements, let your designer do the work.

If you can put it down on paper you are obviously not a designer so my advice is to give your website designer chance to create a design for you, use their expertise to create a really great looking design they may even come up with something better than you could ever imagine. Remember you can always tell them you don't like it, but try to give as much feedback as possible work as a team to get a really great looking website.
